Here’s exactly what your Web Design Intensive experience will look like leading up to, during, and following your Design Week – including when you’ll be needed, and when you can get back to running the rest of your biz.
1.
STEP ONE
Book your day
Head on over to my Contact page to book a free 15 minute call with me. This is a no-pressure meeting to see if we’d be a good fit, and to chat about your unique business goals.
If we’re a good match and you’d like to move forward, I’ll send you all the info you need to seamlessly book your Web Design Intensive. You can secure your date with a 50% deposit, or pay in full.
Be sure to choose a launch date and Design Week that works best for you – one when you can be virtually available and you don’t have other commitments scheduled, as you’ll need to provide quick feedback as I work through your list of requests.
2.
STEP TWO
Complete your prep work
After you’ve booked a date, I’ll grant you access to my Client Portal with everything you need to prepare and make our time together a huge success. Make sure you give yourself enough time BEFORE our launch day to do all the necessary prep work.
You’ll have at least 10 days to write out your brand values, write all the words for your website, and create a mood board. But don’t stress – I’ll lead you through the whole process step-by-step with helpful questionnaires and resources I’ve designed to make it easy and fun!

STEP THREE
Let's chat
We’ll hop on a 1 hour Strategy Call the week before your dedicated Design Week, so I can dive into your completed prep work, answer any questions, gather any more info I need to take us deeper, and get a full picture of your audience, expertise, and amazingness. We’ll get your website goals nailed, and choose the best base design for your needs.
We’ll also virtually get together for a 30 minute Kickoff Call on the Monday of your Design Week. I’ll answer any lingering questions to make sure we hit the ground running on your launch day.
Your remaining balance is due on the day of our Kickoff Call.
4.
STEP FOUR
Relax while I design
Time to be treated like the VIP you are! You’ll have my full attention and expertise for the whole week, to focus solely on you, your business, and our collaboration.
While I dive into designing your website, you can go do anything you want! Get a massage! Get your nails done! Spend a day at the beach! Go grab a coffee! You TOTALLY deserve it! Or you could do your ACUTAL WORK with clients or customers, of course! 😉
During your Design Week, we’ll communicate through Slack text messages. While it’s a very collaborative process, it’s not an in-person or Zoom intensive. My best work happens when I’m able to concentrate and focus in silence.
You’ll just need to have your phone on you throughout the week so you can be available for questions and feedback, so I can get immediate direction that’ll keep us moving forward. I’ll share screenshots for review and you’ll have access to view your website while it’s being built.
5.
STEP FIVE
Launch with confidence
YAY!! Time to pop the bubbly! *clink*
We’ll officially put your gorgeous, new website out into the world, so you can start getting more eyes on your biz!
On your morning of our launch day together I’ll walk you through your AMAZING new site on our “Big Reveal” Call. If you want any tweaks you’ve got 4 hours to send me 1 round of revisions, and I’ll implement them.
I’ll then send you over all final files and full access to your website, along with a handover document and more helpful resources.

STEP SIX
Feel empowered with support + training
Once we’ve completed our work together, I’ll be available to you for 30 days via email, so you can reach out if you find yourself lost, confused, or stuck on anything related to your website.
You’ll also receive 1 hour of tech support for any extra tweaks / edits. Plus, you’ll have access to my extensive Video Library of WordPress tutorials and resources exclusively for clients.
If you need more help, I can record up to 3 short personalised “how-to” videos or walkthrough tutorials for you.
Above all, I want to feel confident, empowered, and able to effectively maintain and update your website into the future.

And with my Web Design Intensives, I’m completely focused on just one client at a time. Since I’m not being pulled in multiple directions, I can design more in less time.
But, I need to emphasise, quality ALWAYS comes before speed. So, while I design efficiently, my top priority is always delivering a clean, clear, high-converting website.
No worries! We can always schedule in an additional half or full day Design Intensive.
Not only are you paying me for my time, but you’re also paying me for my years of experience, expertise, and strategic thinking as a professional designer.

I professionally customise a website template I’ve previously created as a starting point. I’ll change the colours, graphics, fonts, and images to suit your brand. The one element that will stay consistent to the original template is the layout.
I customise up to 4 pages. This typically includes the Home page, About page, Services page, and Contact page. More pages are totally do-able at an additional cost.
No. If you need a full logo and branding suite, that can be purchased at an additional fee, and booked separately.
No. For online shops and e-commerce, I can refer you to another Web Designer who specialises in e-commerce designs and platforms.
Yes! I book a number of clients in advance who need to get a website or quiz funnel up as soon as possible. Once I book your Design Week for you, that means I don’t book anyone else for that particular week. The deposit is non-refundable to make sure that I honour the timeframe I’ve set aside just for you, and for my other clients.
A fully implemented and launched website or quiz funnel, one-on-one website training for you to update your website, and all the final graphic files used in your project.
